Oferta: Business Process Analyst (m/f):QiBit PortugalDescrição do emprego:Oferta de emprego: Business Process Analyst (m/f)» QiBit Portugal» Ref: 7117295 » 28-12-2024 » Lisboa » Informática ( Programação ) Detalhe da Oferta:We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to focus on Process Management Support & Optimization that will join directly the internal team of our client – a multinational company in the Finance sector. What will be your main responsibilities and tasks? - Define and analyze the business and technical requirements in order to ensure the alignment with the business areas’ needs, mainly focused in process optimization and continuous improvement; - Actively participate in the implementation of the company's new information systems, and particularly coordinate the components related to the finance modules; - Coordinate the process efficiency monitoring activities and specific process reengineering work; - Ensure the analysis and reengineering of processes, and align possible needs with the Development team, as well as with other teams involved in the project; - Coordinate the updating of the area's policies, processes and procedures in coordination with the managers of each team and in line with the Group's policies and processes. What is required from you? - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or similar area; - Experience in requirements gathering, business specifications, process mapping and optimization; - Previous experience in reengineering and process modelling using BPMN2 with Visio tools or integrated process modelling and management tools (e.g. Bizagi, ARIS, Draw, Modelio or Microsoft Flow); - Comfortable using SQL and Data Visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik, Microstrategy or SAS); - Notions of accounting and/or finance will facilitate the communication with the business areas; - Strong orientation to results and critical analysis sense; - Good communication and interpersonal skills; - Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
