Anúncio de emprego: Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker):Manpower GroupDescrição do emprego:Oferta de emprego: Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker)» Manpower Group» 31-5-2024 » Ref: 7452871 » Portalegre » Call Center / Help Desk Detalhe da Oferta:The Customer Support Advisor is a multi-media channel agent responsible for handling all the clients’ requests coming by telephone, email, and chat in line with service standards & procedures delivering excellence and quality of service to our customers.AS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADVISOR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: • Handle all telephone calls in line with the service standards and procedures; • Assist clients with specialist support and after-sales service, such as reservations changes, purchase of additional services, and special requests; • Provide relevant information to clients in order to enhance customer service and loyalty; • Respond to client emails and chats in line with the appropriate service level agreements; • Assist clients with their online booking and other web queries; • Report customer feedback on web functionalities and content; • Assist with in-house support and training of new staff, when required; • Participate in specific operational projects, as required. WHO YOU ARE: • Native in French; • Knowledge in English language is considered an advantage; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package; • A track record in the travel industry either in retail or tour operations/airline reservations; • Organization and prioritization skills; • Ability to work flexibly to the needs of the business and under pressure; • Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges; • Flexibility to attend suppliers training events and/or educational; • Schedule flexibility.
