Key responsibilities: •Support the Head of Department with the daily priorities; •Ensure fulfillment of the production plan; •Ensure quality through continuous compliance with existing standards; •Comply with (and enforce) the regulations of the company, to ensure a high level of organization, cleanliness and safety; •Support the Head of Department in the management of the team under their responsibility (supervision, motivation, evaluation and training); •Contribute to an environment of timely resolution of problems and continuous improvement; •Active participation in continuous improvement projects. Your qualifications: •Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer Degree or similar; •Minimum 2 years of work experience in the industrial área; •Experience on working with teams; •Good English knowledge (written and spoken); •Experience of IT tools; •Availability to work in rotative shifts.
