Presentation: Spring Professional is looking for a SAP Systems Accountant (M/F) for a prestigious company of the health sector, in Lisbon. Responsibilities: » Act as subject matter expert for key systems: SAP and HFM, especially supporting the resolution of more complex issues and queries » Support the month end and year end close processes (period end routines, GL reconciliation, uploads to reporting tools, system and interfaces reconciliations, etc.) » Secure compliance according to internal procedures » Support migration projects (work shadowing, work instructions creation) » Proactively assist RTR Team Lead and Tower Lead to identify any areas of improvement to help maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and the use of tools, participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives » Support the Process Automation Team in the development of RPA, BPM and other automation solutions which interact with SAP » Collaborate with IT, external consultants, auditors and other key stakeholders » Develop an in-depth knowledge of the financial master data landscape and processes in both SAP and HFM » Deliver internal trainings on SAP/HFM for new joiners, fostering the knowledge of tools and systems landscape relevant for Record to Report Profile: » Minimum 4+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience » Master's degree in Finance/Accounting, additional accounting certification is a plus » Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (general ledger, fixed assets, inventory/costing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reporting, etc.) » Knowledge of Technology: experienced SAP user » Previous experience in system accountant role and exposure to SAP solutions' implementation will be an advantage.
