They keep track of the company's transactions, take care of financial reporting and control, and ensure our financial compliance. They are also responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting our upcoming financial results. To do What: -Compiling and reviewing financial information; -Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports; -Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables namely by performing analysis of their account statements and reconciliations; -Complying with federal, state, and local legal regulations and requirements; -Maintaining records and filing systems; -Performing other duties as required; -Support in Invoicing Customers including through Claims billing; Billing issuance and posting of supplier invoices. Our ideal candidate has: -Good knowledge in Excel, Gsuite, data entry, typing/Keyboard skills; -0-2 years of experience in accounting, administrative workings and accounts receivable/payable; -Punctual, accurate and with an eye for detail; -Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining quality; -Sense of urgency and motivations to follow through to completion, quickly and accurately; -Functions with a high level of accuracy; -Good organizational and communication skills; -Ability to work on tight deadlines; -Proactive “I do” attitude; -Team player; -Very good level of English.
