The agent will be providing technical support specialized in IT services, to established performance standards for customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities: - Perform remote troubleshooting. - Provide accurate information on IT products or services; - Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures. What our client is looking for: - Fluency in French (spoken and written) ; - Experience in the IT sector; - Knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control; - Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; - English mandatory.
