Duties and Responsabilities: » A strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes; » Proven incident and problem management experience; » Strong understanding of operational readiness of services, of IT services, service readiness and the required deliverables; » Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment; » Comfortable engaging with stakeholders of all levels and develop relationships with them; » Experience of investigating, defining and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment; » Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), keen awareness of audience, able to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences; » Capable of working independently and collaborating with subject matter experts, business partners and technical peers to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
