Who we are: As part of RUPEAL group, KWAN is an IT Staffing company which specialises in the art of professional fulfilment, making sure that anyone who works with us, from clients, to candidates, to consultants, is in the right path for achieving their motivations! Our client is an international software house with offices in Lisbon. They are looking for a person with the following requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a technology field - 3 years or more of experience in IT support and troubleshooting web applications written in Java - Experience in analysis of logs and stack traces - Experience with the workflow and dependencies of our services and can easily analyse requirements and problems, develop and establish solutions - Experience in providing and explaining various reports regarding topics such as: system and application availability or reaction times and mean time to recovery - Fluent in English - Availability to do on call service What we offer: - Good salary - A great international team - Teambuilding activities - The opportunity to learn and self-development Are you ready?
